Download the Etruscan app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Sign up with your email address, verify your account with the OTP code sent to your email, and complete the onboarding to create your first persona.
To delete your account: 1) Open the Etruscan app, 2) Navigate to the "Me" tab, 3) Tap on your profile section, 4) Scroll down and tap "Delete Account", 5) Confirm your decision. This will permanently delete all your personas, generated content, subscriptions, and personal data within 48 hours. This action cannot be undone.
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, make sure you entered the correct email address. You can request a new code by going back to the login screen and entering your email again. If the problem persists, contact support@etruscan.io
You create a detailed persona with your profession, tone, interests, common phrases, writing style, and target platforms. Etruscan uses this information to generate content that authentically sounds like you, not generic AI output. The more detail you provide, the better the results.
Etruscan supports social media posts (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Medium, Reddit), blog articles, press releases, marketing emails, cold outreach, newsletters, general notes, and more. Each content type is optimised for its specific platform and use case.
Yes! Every piece of content can be edited, copied, or regenerated. We encourage you to review and customise the content to perfectly match your needs before sharing or publishing.
The Chat feature lets you have a conversation with your AI persona. It's perfect for getting quick help with form filling, drafting applications, brainstorming ideas, or getting personalised responses. Your persona responds in your authentic voice.
All users can create up to 10 personas. This allows you to maintain different voices for personal use, work, different clients, or various content strategies.
Yes, you can edit your personas at any time. Simply go to the "Me" tab, tap on a persona to view details, and tap "Edit" to make changes. All future content will use the updated persona information.
Yes! You can switch between your personas at any time using the persona switcher on the Home and Generate screens. Each persona maintains its own voice and style.
Etruscan has generous usage limits: 500 content generations per month, 10 personas, and unlimited persona edits. To ensure quality service, there's a cooldown after 30 consecutive generations or 30 chat messages - you'll need to wait 4 hours before continuing. Limits reset on the 1st of each month.
After 30 consecutive generations or 30 chat messages, you'll be prompted to take a 4-hour break. This ensures quality service for all users. You can still access your saved content and edit personas during the cooldown.
Your current usage is displayed in the "Me" tab. You can see your generation count, persona count, and any active cooldowns. The app will also notify you when you're approaching limits.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Your account uses email verification with OTP (one-time password) for secure access. We never store your passwords. Your personas and content are private to your account.
We collect your email address, name, persona data (profession, tone, interests, etc.), generated content, and usage metrics. We use this data solely to provide and improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We use trusted third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, OpenAI for AI generation, and Supabase for secure data storage. We never sell your personal data or content to advertisers or data brokers.
Try these steps: 1) Force close the app completely, 2) Restart your device, 3) Make sure you have the latest version of the app, 4) Check your internet connection. If the problem continues, email support@etruscan.io with details about what you were doing when it crashed.
Generation typically takes 5-15 seconds. If it's taking longer, check your internet connection. If you're on a slow connection, try switching to WiFi. If the problem persists, force close and restart the app.
